2. These terms
These terms apply when you buy downloadable software from ititit.co.uk. Please read them with our software licence, refund policy, and privacy notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that the law gives you.
3. Product information and compatibility
Each product page describes the software’s intended purpose, supported platform, principal features, and current price. Please check that your device and operating system are compatible before ordering. Screenshots illustrate the product but minor visual details may change as software is updated.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any tax that we are required to charge. Payment is a one-off purchase unless the product page clearly says otherwise. Stripe or PayPal securely processes the payment; ITITIT does not receive or store your full card number or CVC.
5. Formation of the contract
Your order is an offer to buy the selected software. A binding contract is formed when the chosen payment provider confirms payment and we make the download available. We may reject or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product cannot be supplied.
6. Immediate digital delivery and cancellation
At checkout you expressly ask us to supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once the download is made available. If you do not wish to give that consent, do not complete the online purchase; contact us before ordering. Your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality are not affected.
7. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the confirmation page provides your licence keys and the universal ITITIT Software Installer. We also send those details to the email address supplied with the order. Save the email or print the confirmation page for your records and keep your own backup of the installer. If delivery fails, email support@ititit.co.uk from the address used at checkout and we will investigate.
8. Using the software
Your use is governed by the software licence. Test software with non-critical data, keep suitable backups, and follow the product documentation. Updates may be made available, but we do not promise that every product will receive updates indefinitely.
9. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses caused by use outside the documented purpose, incompatible systems, unauthorised modification, or a failure to keep reasonable backups. If you buy wholly or mainly for business use, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or indirect loss.
10. Changes and governing law
The terms in force when you order apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
