Reinstall on the same computer, move a licence to a replacement computer, or activate a computer that is not connected to the internet. You do not need to contact us for an ordinary reinstall or device change. After looking up your licence, you can also download the latest installer without activating the connected computer.

No internet on the software PC?

Create an offline activation

  1. Open the installed ITITIT application on the offline PC and choose Offline activation.
  2. Copy its request code to an internet-connected device and paste it below.
  3. Take the signed activation code back to the offline PC and import it.

Designed for real-world computer changes

Reinstalling Windows or replacing a drive does not mean buying the software again. The same device can recover its activation, and this portal can release an old device before a new one is activated. Offline activations are signed for one year and can be renewed here at no charge while the licence remains valid.

We store a one-way device identifier, the device name you see above, activation dates, and application version. We do not receive your files, Windows password, card details, or a general inventory of your computer.
