Before downloading
Digital-content orders normally have a 14-day cancellation period. During checkout, however, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right ends once we make the download available. If you do not want immediate supply, contact us before purchasing rather than completing checkout.
Faulty or misdescribed software
Your statutory rights remain in place. If software is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us and explain the problem. Depending on the circumstances, the law may entitle you to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Requesting help or a refund
Email enquires@ititit.co.uk with the product name, purchase email address, approximate payment date, and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. We may ask for the Stripe or PayPal receipt or payment reference.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control. Refunding a purchase ends the associated software licence.
