1. Licence grant and device seats
When you buy an ITITIT software product, IT IT IT LTD grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal use or your organisation’s internal business use. Each purchased copy permits one active device unless the product page or order expressly states otherwise. Buying multiple copies provides the same number of active device seats.
2. Installation, transfer, and offline use
You may keep reasonable backup copies of the installer and use the software for its documented purpose. You may deactivate a device and activate a replacement yourself through the software or our activation portal. A replacement activation automatically ends the selected previous activation. Supported products may issue a signed offline activation, normally valid for approximately 12 months and renewable without buying the product again. Reasonable anti-abuse limits may temporarily restrict unusually frequent device replacements.
3. What you may not do
You must not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the software; remove ownership notices; use it to provide an unauthorised hosted service; or reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections except to the limited extent the law expressly permits despite this restriction.
4. Third-party components
A product may include third-party open-source or redistributable components. Their notices and licence terms continue to apply to those components and take priority where required.
5. Activation and licence checks
Licensed products may contact our service when activated, deactivated, replaced, downloaded, or checked for updates, and may renew a signed local licence periodically. Online activations normally renew monthly and include a short grace period for temporary connection problems. The checks enforce the purchased device-seat limit; they do not give us access to your files or Windows password.
6. Updates and support
Updates released for the same purchased product are included without another licence fee. This does not promise that updates, new features, support, or compatibility with future operating-system releases will continue indefinitely, nor that a substantially different future product will be included.
7. Responsible use
You are responsible for checking outputs, keeping appropriate backups, and deciding whether the software is suitable for a particular task. Do not use it in safety-critical, life-support, emergency, or other contexts where an error could reasonably cause death, injury, or serious property or environmental damage.
8. Ending the licence
This licence ends if you materially breach it and do not remedy the breach where it can be remedied. A refunded, reversed, or disputed purchase may also revoke its licence keys. When the licence ends, you must stop using and delete all copies. Terms that by their nature continue after termination remain in effect.
9. Legal rights
This licence does not remove any consumer or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
